Throttling

The CRTC's throttling decision today is unsurprisingly toothless, flagrantly pro-Telco, and callously self-congratulatory.

I'm not floored by this.

I'm only barely disappointed.

But I am disgusted.

I got home to a robocall from my ISP telling me they'd up my internet speed by 40%. Slick.
